Shipping Policy

We want you to receive your items as soon as possible. We will do our best to ship your order within 1-2 business days after placement online. For our handmade items, the delivery can sometimes be longer, we will notify you of this.

All our orders ship from our Melbourne studio and delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia. Please allow up to 7 days.

Within Australia, we offer FREE delivery for orders over $100. For orders under $100 we offer a flat fee of $9.95.

International

We would love to get our products to you wherever you are in the world! Contact us at info@chezlisettedesign.com and tell us where you are located and we'll let you know the cost of postage for your part of the world.
